WKBT La Crosse, WI-NewsChannel 8-La Crosse Will Be Hosting State Republican Convention

For the third time in eleven years, La Crosse will be hosting the State Republican Convention. The La Crosse County Republican Party announced Thursday the city will host the 2009 State Republican Convention.
It was last held in La Crosse in 2004, and brought in 12-hundred people and more than 300-thousand dollars to the city. The 2009 Republican Convention will be held May first and second.
