WKBT La Crosse, WI-NewsChannel 8-Cashton doctor fired from clinic after being caught shoplifting

A doctor who practices in Cashton is out of a job after he and his wife are arrested for shoplifting.
39 year old Dr. Sumit Sinha and his wife were arrested December 12th after stealing more than $1500 worth of merchandise from Macy's at the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa.
Sinha worked as a family practice physician at the Scenic Bluffs Community Health Center in Cashton.
Executive Director Mari Freiberg tells NewsChannel 8 Sinha no longer works for the clinic, but declined further comment.
Sinha and his wife each face fines of $2,500 and have been banned from the Mayfair Mall.
