WKBT La Crosse, WI-NewsChannel 8-Accident closes Highway 53 northbound between Onalaska and Holmen

An accident closes both northbound lanes of Highway 53 between Onalaska and Holmen.
The accident happened at 10:50 a.m. on Highway 53 near County Road OT. Officials say a truck driver pulling a large trailer lost control and blocked both northbound lands of traffic.
Tri-State Ambulance tells NewsChannel 8 that no one was injured in the accident.
Highway 53 northbound was closed for about an hour while crews worked at the scene.
