La Crosse Police are looking for a man who stole a cash register during a robbery at a beading shop.
Police say the robbery happened Wednesday at the Gossamer Wings bead store at around 7:50 p.m.
A man came into the store and demanded money from a store clerk. The man indicated he had a gun, but no gun was ever seen.
The clerk could not get the store's cash register open, so the man grabbed the entire register and ran out of the store.
The suspect is a white man, 25-30 years old, about six feet tall, wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.
Anyone with information on the robbery should call La Crosse Area Crime Stoppers at 608-784-8477, or 1-800-947-3577.
