
High winds blew across southern Wisconsin on Monday, knocking down trees and power lines.
A couple of possible tornado touchdowns are reported in Crawford County. The county's Emergency Management Coordinator reports the tornado touchdowns happened in the area of Co. Hwy. C between State Highways 27 and 131. A couple of old barns were down and some trees toppled. At least one home was evacuated because of a leaking L-P tank.
Several homes in Monroe County had trees on the roof. Highway 16 and County Highway A were closed because of debris.
Officials in Marquette County report winds of up to 60 mph south of Montello. Some trees and power lines were down, but there were no reports of any structural damage.
Heavy rains caused street flooding in Dodgeville.
